The cap sellar and the monkey
There was a young boy just crossed his teen age period and had undertaken the inherited business of selling caps. This cap-sellar in his childhood days had heard many stories from his grandfather and one of them was the story which is quite famous and known to many of us. He had heard how his grandfather in his youth days had tackled a monkey group with his wittyness. This was the story..............
His grandfather once in a hotty afternoon became too tired and decided to rest under a tree and found himself comfortable enough until a group of monkeys sweeped down and fled away to the tree under which he was resting with one of his cap. He tried many things resulting in dissapointment until when he had an idea of throwing a stone. When he threw a stone the monkey in order to imitate him threw the cap at him. And this is how he got the cap back.
Now this was the story told to the young boy. Now he is following the trend of selling caps and making both ends meet. He also once decided to take rest on an hotty afternoon. And the same incident followed. One monkey snatched away one of his caps and went up the tree. He tried many things ,made faces , showed kicks but the monkey imitated them . He suddenly remembered the story of his grandfather, picked up a stone and threw at the monkey. The monkey instead of throwing the cap threw a mango from the mango tree.
This boy was now in areal distress and began to think why didn't the same thing happenned as it was to his grandfather. He was engrossed in this thought until the monkey seemed to say....................." Do you think you only have a grandfather ?"
